Interleukin (IL-1)

Interleukin 1 alpha (IL-1α) also known as hematopoietin 1 is a cytokine of the interleukin 1 family that in humans is encoded by the IL1A gene. In general, Interleukin 1 is responsible for the production of inflammation. IL-1α is produced mainly by activated macrophages, as well as neutrophils, epithelial cells, and endothelial cells. It possesses metabolic, physiological, haematopoietic activities, and plays one of the central roles in the regulation of the immune responses.

The integrity of IL-1 is very much important and it plays such a significant role in inflammatory process where it’s one of the precursor of the other diseases. By knowing the adequacy of IL-1, you can predict the illness in future. How you want to know the level of IL-1? Basically, you can know it by molecular screening which known as IBP test and it’s really worth doing it which you can increase the level by adopting the right diet. The diet are completely depends on the IBP screening and based on the individual result.
